We are what we eat and the same applies to horses. Horses have not yet evolved to cope with the processed feeds and chemical wormers that we regularly administer and therefore it is important that we provide the relevant nutritional support to the digestive system if problems occur.
Naturally Digest stimulates and balances the whole digestive system, soothing the digestive tract and maintaining healthy gut flora. A great blend for horses with digestive upsets, horses subject to recent changes (travelling, diet, new home, emotional or physical stress).

Herbs that strengthen the function of the stomach are known as stomachic as they are usually bitter which therefore promotes and improves digestion.

As a stomach aid, peppermint is anti-spasmodic, anti-inflammatory and stimulating, it also aids in alleviating symptoms of colic and is frequently selected by horses with ulcers.
