Terms and Conditions

Naturally Animals sell products and provide related information through our website, telephone conversation or as recommendation as a result of an iridology consultation whether in person or from a photograph.  As a user of our website, you acknowledge that any transactions you make are subject to our terms and conditions below.

General

We reserve the right to change and amend these terms and conditions. Any changes we make will come into effect on the date that they have been posted on the website. You are responsible for reading the terms and conditions. By placing an order with us, we will assume that you have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions.
 
Postage and Packing

We post to UK addresses using Royal Mail standard first class delivery service.  All packages up to 1kg are sent FIRST CLASS. Anything over 1kg is sent STANDARD PARCEL so can take between 3 to 5 days delivery. Postage and packing is banded according to the weight of your order as follows:

Order Processing
 
When you make an order on the Site your order will be subject to acceptance of our terms and conditions.
 
Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of order subject to availability. 
 
Special products which are made to order for certain conditions are subject to a 10 to 21 days delivery leadtime.  This is because special herbs will need to be ordered for the formulas and mixed on receipt of an order.

The confirmation email you will receive upon placement of an order is not confirmation or order acceptance by Naturally Animals. A contract for the sale of our products will only exist once your order has been processed and dispatched.
 
Pricing 
 
The price payable for the products is the price on our web site at the time you place your order. The prices of the products that we display on our web site are subject to change without notice. All prices, where appropriate, are exclusive of any sales taxes, unless otherwise stated.

Availability

All goods are subject to availability and may be changed at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled we will of course offer you an alternative, give a full refund or confirm the delivery leadtime. Naturally Animals will contact you to arrange this via email or telephone within 48 hours of receipt of your order.

Paying for your Goods

Naturally Animals uses Paypal for customers to pay for their goods.  Payment through Paypal is a secure and easy way to pay for goods online.  Your debit/ credit card details are never seen. For information about the measures that Paypal have put in place to protect your security, please refer to their respective website.
 
We do also accept payments via cheque and postal order.  Please contact us to discuss this.  Payment will need to have cleared before dispatch can occur. 
  
Delivery and Refunds

We hope you will be 100% happy with your purchase but if the item is not what you expected we offer a money back guarantee of your purchase price if the item is returned to us unopened within 7 days of receipt.
 
We will deliver products in accordance with your order. We make every effort to deliver the products as explained in our terms and conditions, however delays are sometimes unavoidable due to unforeseen circumstances. We shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in the delivery or for any damage or defect to products delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control.
 
In any cases, we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor is it intended to exclude our liability to you for fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
 
We are however unable to refund postage costs.

Returns Policy
 
Due to health and safety regulations we are unable to accept returns if opened. However, if by some chance there is a fault or a problem, then please email us so that we can discuss individual cases with you, as we do try our best to resolve problems and issues. So in the rare chance that you may want to send something back please follow these guidelines:
  
Please email us  at 
sales@naturallyanimals.co.uk within 7 days of delivery of your items, along with your order details and full name.  We will then send you details on where to send back the items.  You will be responsible for the return of postage costs.

When the goods are received you will be refunded in the manner that you paid minus the original outward shipping costs.  If an exchange is required you will need to pay for the postage (where applicable) to re-send items, unless it is at the fault of Naturally Animals. 
 
For your own protection when returning any items, we request that you use Recorded Delivery and keep the tracking number safe until we are in receipt of the goods, as we will not issue refunds for any items that fail to reach us.
 
Please note that any orders returned to us due to an incomplete/incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to collect from postal services by the customer will not be returned to the customer and will only be resent at the customer's expense.

Privacy Policy
 
We respect your privacy and security and promise to never pass on private information or email addresses to a third party.
 
We may from time to time send you email newsletter and updates on our products and services.  If you do not wish to receive these, please email sales@naturallyanimals.co.ukand it will be duly noted that you do not wish to receive further updates.
